Buffalo Chicken Tenders Recipe (Gluten-Free and Top 8 Allergy Free)

Ingredients For Buffalo Chicken Tenders
3 ½ cups of buffalo sauce ( my recipe on the blog)
2 to 3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken tenders
Marinate the boneless chicken tenders with 2 ½ cups of buffalo sauce for at least 1 to two hours. You can let marinate overnight so it would be very quick meal prep for dinner as you get home. Bake the marinated chicken tenders in sauce in a baking dish at 350 degrees F, for around 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken has reached at least 165 degrees F
After the tenders are cooked place the cooked tenders in a bowl. Take the reserved 1 cup of buffalo sauce and heat up in a microwave. Then add the heated buffalo Sauce to the tenders, and lightly toss to ensure extra coating. Place on a serving tray, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce. These saucy tenders won’t stick around long, but if you do have any leftovers, you can make a great buffalo chicken dip, or add to mac and cheese for a cheesy spicy twist.
